The material on this site is provided for general information about Nordant and our work. It is not advice and should not be relied on as advice for any specific decision. Access is provided on an “as is” basis and may change without notice.

You may view, download and print pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not republish, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit the content, or use it to train machine learning or generative AI systems, without our prior written consent.

3. Intellectual property

All trade marks, logos, text, imagery and other content on this site are owned by, or licensed to, Nordant Ltd. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. How we contract with clients

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to provide services. Where Nordant is engaged to provide services, the engagement is governed by our Master Services Agreement and an accompanying Statement of Work signed by both parties, which set out scope, fees, timetable, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability and other terms. In the event of any conflict between those documents and this website, the signed agreement prevails.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nordant is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

6. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
