We find unobvious growth. Then we see it through.

An independent firm of senior operators, for leaders of companies where growth isn't optional.

What we do

We find the opportunities others miss, shape them into propositions, and build the business that delivers them.

  • 01
    Opportunity
    Where should growth come from?
  • 02
    Proposition
    What should we sell?
  • 03
    Mobilisation
    How do we deliver it?
  • 04
    Commercialisation
How do we make it pay?
Capabilities

Growth needs three things pulling together.

Most advisory firms speak one language: Commercial, Technology, or Customer.

Growth needs all three in tension.

About

Built for the big decisions.

We work with leadership teams on proposition-led growth: where the next revenue comes from, what to sell to win it, and what the organisation must become to deliver it.

We measure our work in commercial terms, align with our client's objectives and realities — and we bring every discipline the job needs in small, aligned teams: strategy through delivery, front stage and back stage.

Senior, specialist, accountable.

Aligned incentives

Nothing to sell you next.

We don't build software for clients, and we take no fees from anyone who does. When a build is needed, we design what it must do, help you pick who does it, and govern the work on your side of the table.

A note on AI

We use AI in almost everything. It makes us faster, more thorough and cheaper than firms still billing senior hours for foundational work. Be wary of any advisory that doesn't use it, and warier of any that leads with it.

AI is trained on what has been written down. Good propositions are made from what hasn't.

Track record

Built by operators who have seen equity events from all sides and led growth for scale-ups and large incumbents across three continents.

Selected work

Propositions, ventures and turnarounds where the decision mattered and the outcome was on the line.

01
Series B·Deep tech

Connecting a deep-tech scale-up's world-leading voice technology to the market needs that would pay for it.

The business went on to raise a $62m Series B and was named among the FT's fastest-growing companies in Europe four years running.

02
AIM-listed·Financial data

Authoring the five-year growth strategy for a financial data and ratings business, then designing the products that carried it.

Division revenue has grown more than a third organically since the strategy was set, with its flagship product launching as an industry first.

03
DAX 40·Payments

Helping one of Europe's largest banks use its heritage brand to launch a payments challenger in its home market.

The venture launched as the only provider in its market to combine payments and banking, with an addressable base of 800,000 business customers.

04
Publicly listed·B2B SaaS

Taking a global small-business platform into financial services and lending, opening a revenue stream beyond its core product.

The platform now sees more than $850bn of small business invoices flow through it each year, the foundation of its lending opportunity.

05
FTSE 100·Banking

Returning a major UK high-street bank to the merchant payments market after a decade away, designing the proposition from a blank sheet.

The venture became the UK's fastest-growing bank-owned acquirer, with the highest customer satisfaction scores in its market.

06
Series G·Payments

Building a reusable launch system for a global payments scale-up, turning new-market entry from a bespoke project into a repeatable capability.

The business now processes over $130bn of payments annually across more than 30 countries.

07
FTSE 100·Retail

Working inside a national retail institution as it rebuilt itself as a product-led organisation, keeping customers in the room while the operating model changed.

The retailer went on to deliver its strongest results in over a decade and returned to the FTSE 100.

08
Private equity·Luxury

Redefining the proposition and customer experience of a centuries-old auction house under private equity ownership, built for global growth.

Revenue passed $1bn for the first time in the company's 230-year history, followed by its most profitable year ever.
