2. What we collect

• When you email us: your name, email address and anything you choose to include in your message, such as a CV.
• When you visit the site: aggregated, anonymised visit counts. We cannot identify you from these. See our cookie policy.
• When we work together: business contact details of the people we deal with at client organisations.

3. Why we use it

To reply to you, to consider you for a role if you have applied, and to deliver and administer our work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running the business, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Only the providers we rely on to run the firm, such as email, hosting and document storage, under contracts that protect your information. Where data leaves the UK, we rely on recognised safeguards such as UK adequacy decisions or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

5. How long we keep it

General enquiries: up to two years. Job applications: up to twelve months, unless you ask us to keep them longer. Client records: as long as the law and our contracts require.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to take a copy with you. Email hello@nordant.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

7. Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading.
